This incredible woman, started her fitness journey at 95kg, lost her first initial 10kg on her own, then signed up for comp prep coaching with me Dec 2021.
And we got to WORK straight away - for 3 WHOLE YEARS 💪🏼

Her hunger to learn, push hard, grow & improve was & still is undeniable.
She has 2 beautiful children & at one very difficult stage in her prep, she mentioned to me - the most important thing to her was for her kids to see her on stage & know that:

5.5kg down 🔥 and an entire body recomp in 12 weeks for my client @james1994smith 👊🏼
James came to me a few months ago with a very specific goal to lose some body fat and gain his strength back again 💪🏼
He went from experiencing significant fatigue and muscle aches, to lifting confidently again in literally a matter of a few weeks 🤜🏼🤛🏼
He visibly significantly reduced body fat (far more than 5.5kg of fat ⬇️ due to muscle gain bringing weight up ⬆️ ) and gained muscle - filling out his chest, shoulders and legs again 😎
The methods applied to achieve his results??? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
And how we managed the setbacks he faced along the way?? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Really weren't very complex at all…
- We implemented a structured 4-5 day gym training split to cover all body parts evenly
- Increased daily step count
- Implemented a calorie deficit, through tracking his meals and snacks to meet his calorie and macro goals assigned to him
- Overcame lifestyle mental barriers (shift worker life) and devised feasible solutions to these
- Improved water and sleep habits
- Overcame multiple bouts of sickness interrupting his 12 week block and STILL achieved this result, by maintaining his nutrition as best as possible during these periods 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
It's not a case of whether a calorie deficit does or doesn't "work for you".
A calorie deficit works for literally EVERYONE.
Your biggest challenge will be showing up every day for yourself and following the plan.
Stop dodging the truth - your work ethic and attitude towards a very simplistic approach is what's working against you…
Much of the reason we don't see results with a plan that "should" be working for us, is in the work and effort our in to execute the plan OR the lack thereof.
This is the major justification for having a coach and why you may need one.
Clear structure, planning, direction, transparency and accountability changes everything.

A huge congratulations to @tamaraward88 for losing 3kg and completely changing her body composition across 8 weeks.

Over the course of the 8 weeks, Tam was the true representation of the real life struggles.

Tia came to me as one of my very rare shotgun preps - yes that's correct, we underwent a shotgun prep at just 20 weeks out from her first show.

However Tia had a determination like no other, so we dug deep to see what we could achieve in a short space of time.

Would you believe, Abby started coaching at just 55kg & her stage weight was 57-58kg!!
Abby came to me late March/early April 2022 not long before her partner Levi, to pursue her dream to compete.
She had a tall & slender frame to begin with, so we started a 9 month long growth phase up to 74kg at the height of her bulk 💪🏼
This incredible young woman worked tirelessly in the gym pushing some of the heaviest weights I have seen a bikini competitor hit.

She trained 5-6 x weekly CONSISTENTLY - this young lady is OBSESSED with her goals.
She didn't miss a beat, not just in cutting but in her growth phase as well.
Only taking a handful of days off for sickness in 1.5 years of our time working together 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Abby's story is not just inspirational because of her impressive transformation & overall win...

43kg lost in 9 months 🔥CLIENT TRANSFORMATION & Season Wrap Up for my client @levi.__jones 👏🏼
I had the privelege of coaching Levi & his partner Abby, as a couple through Comp Prep.
In such a short space of time, this young but driven man accomplished some insane results.
At just 21 yrs old he also just started his own business - mid comp prep 😳

Abby & Levi came to me in April (Abby) June (Levi) 2022 with a goal to simply make it to stage for their chosen divisions.
Levi needed to build a fair amount of muscle for Classic Physique & his very first time competing.
So we got started with a 6 month growth phase before commencing a 9 month cut down phase/prep into Season B 2023 👊🏼

He also started coaching with one of his legs almost half the size of the other due to a prior incident of being hit by a car.
I programmed plenty of isolation work, to bring up his lagging leg & we successfuly managed to do so.
We also focused on bringing up an under developed chest & overall leg size 💯

Prior to coaching, Levi wasn't following a structured nutrition or training regime.
He was eating intuitively, had only ever purposefully dieted & his training volume/days weren't matched to his goals.
These were some of the major changes we made in order to give him the best possible chance at success from our start point ✅

He entered an aggresive build & although we originally planned on reaching 110-115kg...
Went from 92kg up to 122kg at the height of his bulk (thanks to his ability to put away food) 😂
Then entered an incredibly long cut from Jan to Sept 2023.
Despite the long journey ahead, he hit his macros, steps & training every single day of prep.

Ending the season at 4-5% body fat, 43kg down & he came away with a 3rd & 4th place for his final show🥉🏅
Plus his partner took home an overall title on the same day 🥹
This guy has the most impressive stomach vacuum I've ever seen & a relentless commitment to follow the cut down plan to perfection.
Both Abby & Levi are also dear friends of mine & I'm beyond proud of their achievements in just 1 yr & 3-5 months 💪🏼❤️

IFBB bikini debut & VERY FIRST time competing ever for my client @kaseysenini ✨👙 @ifbbproleagueoz
What an incredible first showing for such a stunning woman, inside & out.
She is also a 100% natural athlete at just 21 yrs old 👏🏼

Kasey mentioned leading into her show:
"If I just make callouts I will be ridiculously happy but I don't expect to either.
I just want to look like I belong."
AND....she made first callouts place in her Junior bikini division in a massive lineup!!
The moment her number was called out will remain etched in my mind forever 🥹
For those who don't know - callouts for your first IFBB show let alone your first show ever is just INCREDIBLE.

In the most prestigious bodybuilding federation in AUS & the world, plus being the largest bodybuilding show in Australian history with over 400 competitors.
Kasey genuinely didn't believe she would look the part on stage - & yet I knew from her checkin photos throughout her prep, she couldn't be more perfect for a future in IFBB bikini.

Kasey & I have been coaching together since Jan 2022, growing from 52kg to up to 66kg in March 2023 this year & back down to 52kg for her stage weight.

We started with a goal to enter the Wellness division in a smaller federation & pivoted direction at roughly 25 weeks out from IFBB, knowing full well it would be a MUCH harder push to the IFBB stage.
Kasey was determined to simply set the bar high & we are both so happy that she did.
She not only followed her prep to a T but also prepped through her 21st Birthday & was hungry to push harder.

What an epic transformation for my client @constantine88_ who has lost an insane 17.5 kg from the height of his bulk 🥳🤯👏🏼

Constantine and I have been working together for just over a year and a half towards his goal to first grow significant muscle and then cut down to a more conditioned physique 🙏🏼

Constantine has always been so eager to learn and push his limits in both his training and nutritional adherence along the way.

I have watched Constantine go from strength to strength, tackling life’s challenges - all whilst tackling his goals, one day at a time.

There is a mutual respect of the process between Constantine and myself.
In that with every checkin, he is always completely transparent with me and we’d work together on fine tuning the fortnight ahead.

Constantine persevered with his bulk, even when it became uncomfortable for him to eat the sheer volume of calories, in order achieve a change in his physique.

And by the same token, when we flipped the plan to then commence his cut, he was just as committed and understanding of the sacrifices to be made ahead of him.

At one point, I literally suggested to Constantine that I think he should do a photo shoot to mark the success of his progress and I’m so glad that he did.

I have seen this impressive man come out on top time and time again and his mind blowing transformation is just as much mental as it is physical.

An entirely new human being has come out the other side and I’m beyond proud of his accomplishments.
This life development and change has led to another solid goal in place, which will only see Constantine reach a new level of confidence and resilience in the months and years to come.

There is no client more deserving of his results!!

12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION for my client @mish_bodyfitness 🔥

A slight increase in muscle mass - NO muscle loss during a deficit phase.
And a complete change of mindset!

Sam has quite literally been grinding away relentlessly for the past few YEARS towards her goal to compete.

Sam and I have worked closely together in coaching for the last 1.5 years in the lead up to her first 2 shows in April, earlier this year.
Where she came away with 2 x placings 🏅with ICN and 2 x placings 🏅with NBA, including the NBA Overall Wellness Title 👑 with @nbaaustralia_official and a 2nd place🥈 in NBA Sports Mumma's - next to her team mate, Shari.

She not only worked tirelessly in her prep, ticking every box possible but well and truly in the years prior to competing.
Dropping 12kg from the height of her growth phase to the end of her cut into shows 🤯

This incredible mumma is one of the most determined, resilient and stoic women I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Like clockwork, Sam dug in every week during her bulk AND her cut.

Client results and season wrap up for the stunning Bree Lavery 😍
@bree_lavery competed in 2 x shows for her very first season with ICN and NBA.
And lost a total of 11.5kg to make it to stage 👏🏼
Bree came away with 4 x podium placings in all of her bikini divisions, including a first place 🥇 in her first timers division at the ICN QLD Brisbane Classic state titles, then going on to compete in the Bikini OVERALLS alongside her teammate Majella🔥
Bree and I have been coaching together continuously for an incredible 1.5 years!! Yes, working with your coach long term DOES indeed pay off.

In the lead up to her first show, Bree truly put the work in to grow in her off season to bring a competitive package to stage and was in no rush to make that happen!

Jono is an Army Veteran and still works for the army to this day.
Jono came to me back in Jan 2021 with one major goal - he wanted to see abdominal definition.
And off we embarked on a journey to get Jono his abs.

What started off as a simple once off meal and training plan...which evolved into our one on one coaching experience beginning in Dec 2021
And Jonathon decided he didn't just want to chase abs, he actually wanted to take bodybuilding seriously and put in the work for the long haul - literally starting bodybuilding in his 50's!!
After learning all that he has across the years of us coaching together, he realised just how much work goes in to this process.

And here Jonathon is after almost 4 years of coaching together, almost 3 of these years one on one.
We cut for as long as possible with diet breaks included before deciding Jonathon needed to spend some time growing.
He then did 7 months in a purposeful surplus.

He then came to me with the goal to compete in 2023 and we decided to pull the trigger to see just how lean we could get this rig!
We then spent almost an entire year spent on a gradual cut down.
Jonathon competed for the first time in the the Defence and Emergency Services show over the weekend.
